Spa Policy

Appointments/scheduling:

We highly recommend booking reservations a week in advance. Please arrive 10 minutes early for your appointment. For cancellations, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance.

Payment:

Payment due at service, we accept Visa credit card or Master card credit card, cash or check.

Late arrivals

We regret that late arrivals will not receive an extension of scheduled service times and will be responsible for full service fees.

Guest cancellation

We request the courtesy of a 24-hour cancellation notice for all spa services to avoid a 50% cancellation fee. Failure to cancel will result in a charge of the full treatment fee.

Reservations

Spa services are available by appointment on a daily basis. We recommend calling as far in advance as possible to ensure availability. A credit card is required when making reservations.

Cellphones and pagers

Out of consideration of all guests, please mute pagers. Cellphone use is not permitted in the spa.

Spa information

To ensure that you receive the full length of your service, we suggest that you arrive 15 minutes before your appointment. Paperwork from first-time clients is collected at this time, and all spa guests may prepare for the spa experience.
